A blown film extrusion machine melts plastic granules and extrudes the molten material through an annular die. Air inflates the material into a bubble, which is cooled, collapsed through a frame and drawn through the haul-off system before winding into film rolls. In multilayer co-extrusion, separate extruders feed a common die to form distinct layers within the film. This allows manufacturers to adjust formulations and layer ratios to balance strength, sealing performance, stiffness and optical properties according to the application.

Output of 280 to 350 kg/hr, with up to 400 kg/hr maximum potential depending on the configuration, formulation and processing conditions.
Suitable configurations support LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE and EVA.
A range of 20 to 200 microns accommodates different packaging and industrial film requirements.
Five-layer construction allows material distribution to be adjusted to the film's performance requirements.
